Want to upgrade my nvme

I got a WD SN740 gen 4 nvme with 512gb of storage in my victus 15. I want to upgrade it to 1TB. What other alternative and good companies can you guys advice me, which are budget friendly and also come in gen4 with no compromise on speed.
