Does any of the dinosaurs designs from the franchise are protected by copyright law?

I mean... I know this sounds kinda dumb since these are based on scientific approximations of how the dinosaurs might have looked (although some of them are outdated). But some dinosaurs take a lot of creative liberties (like the raptors).

I was wondering, can other studios use the dinosaur designs made in Jurassic Park/World without asking, or they can face legal consequences if they do it without permission?
