How to fight zarya as tank?

Silver-Gold player here, As a tank my priority is to stay alive, fight the enemy tank, create space for teammates to deal damage and try to protect them.

However when enemy picks zarya, my team gets melted by her resulting me having to 1v5 her team and herself, i have told my teammates to not shoot her bubbles but i dont think they listened or unintentionally charged her bubble.

Zarya has been my nightmare everytime i played tank in comp, not sure if its a teamwork issue but most of the times my dps dies too often or lacks kills + dmg, some either are MIA or charges to the enemy team/tank like an action movie but they get melted instantly.

I would like to know some tips in general when playing tank, as well as some counters to zarya. Thank you.
