Now I’m really scared!

I’ve always been a nervous flyer. Especially to SLC where there tends to be more turbulence because of the elevation. In light of the recent crashes and discussions about short staffed air traffic controllers, I’m extra nervous. I have a 90 min flight, change planes with a pretty short layover, then another 90 min flight. Aside from drinking excessively or ‘gummies’ which are very unpredictably effective for me, what do you suggest to keep me calm? I need to not jump out of my skin, but hustle to my connection.
