Got a Papupi Card With Our Choochoopy

I didn't know what to label this as,, I hope it going under "My Collection" is alright,,?

My twin and I ordered a Choochoopy when it released, and it came in the mail earlier today with a Papupi's Pouch card! I didn't even know they were making cards?? It's really cool, and my twin seemed to know about it and thinks it's really cool we got one ^ v ^

How rare are these?
