Where are transportable Stadium Seats allowed?
Received a pair of Stadium Seats for Christmas that hook onto bleachers but can't seem to find clearly where in Madison they are allowed, or specifically not allowed for sporting and entertainment events. Anyone have experience or clarity on allowance and size restrictions? Thanks!
