What made you join the Navy ?

I leave for bootcamp on Monday the 27th. This whole process of joining I've heard everything there is to know about joining especially from people who never joined trying to not get me to go. I'm from a dead end town in TN going no where in life ( I'm 22 ). I dropped outta college twice and I have $-43 in my bank account as we speak LMAO. So in my mind I have nothing to lose and might as well take the chance because it's just as bad as a civilian
