I'm freaking.. I have ectopic beats, and suffer with anxiety. I tend to get a vibrating feeling in my chest only when I'm falling asleep.. other night this happened, I was feeling a little anxious, and felt my pulse, it gave 3 fast beats like in one, but normal after.I'm so scared my heart will stop
